Chef Shane Johnson will demonstrate how to cook the ‘perfect’ grass-fed steak to preserve its flavour and health benefits, with tasting samples to enjoy, and he’ll hand out recipe cards for you to try at home. You’ll never want to buy beef from the supermarket again.
